At Eluna, every order is prepared with care so your little one can start sleeping better as soon as possible. Here is what to expect.

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please note: demand is currently very high, as more and more parents are choosing Eluna for their child. Because of this, our facility is taking a little longer than usual to prepare each order, which may add a few extra days to the estimates below. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your pillow to you as quickly as possible, and you will receive tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 6 to 11 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Free tracked shipping
Shipping is free and fully tracked on every order.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for a while or your package seems stuck, contact us at hello@elunasleep.com and we will make it right, including arranging a replacement where appropriate.
